An aspiring play-by-play broadcaster and current student of Texas A&M University-Commerce, I began my career as an on-air personality in high school with Studio 9, the school’s media team.  I have also served as public address announcer for my high school baseball team, announcer and clock operator for middle school football games, and, in 2015, I was the voice of my high school band, the “Orange Wave.”  In November 2015, I was hired to work at KETR-the Commerce, Texas NPR station on my university’s campus. In that time, I have been an on-air personality, an on-air producer, a content creator and producer, and an operations assistant.  I have also been awarded a Texas Broadcast Education Foundation scholarship, been a part of two Texas Associated Press Broadcasters first place awards, a first place winner at the 2017 Texas Intercollegiate Press Association conference and competition, and a grand prize winner at the 2016 South Central Broadcasting Society awards.  For more details about my jobs and accomplishments please visit my resume page.
